Fishbowl AI Insights offers a user flow designed to help first-time users get familiar with the platform. It provides a structured introduction, making it easy to understand the core features and navigate the platform effectively. There are two main user flows:

Product Overview#

The Product Overview guides new users through the platform, introducing key features and functionalities. It includes step-by-step tutorials, tooltips and interactive prompts, ensuring users can navigate effectively. This flow provides a thorough understanding of the features and their use cases. By completing this user flow, users will gain a broad knowledge of all the features and options available in Fishbowl AI Insights.

Getting Started#

The Getting Started Checklist enhances users understanding by diving deeper into each feature’s functionality, providing interactive hands-on sessions and detailed, step-by-step procedures for a more comprehensive knowledge of the platform’s features. The checklist includes four sections: Athena, Storyboards, Demo Videos and Documentation.

  • Athena: This section guides users on how to access Athena, ask questions and utilize its capabilities.

  • Storyboards: Users learn how to create storyboards from Athena queries, pin insights and view all insights within the storyboard.

  • Demo Videos: Offers a comprehensive suite of videos related to the platform and its features for further user reference.

  • Documentation: Allows users to view, understand and stay updated on all existing and new feature documentation. These resources ensure users can effectively navigate the platform and make the most of Fishbowl AI Insights.
