UI Customization#

The ConverSight platform’s UI customization feature empowers organizations to tailor the platform’s visual appearance to align with their brand identity and user preferences. With options to adjust the Theme color, Chart color and Logo, users gain control over the look and feel of the platform, creating a cohesive and personalized user experience.

NOTE
Theme and logo changes within the ConverSight platform can only be performed by the Organization Admin.

Theme Customization#

ConverSight provides the ability to customize the visual appearance of the user interface and data visualization elements within the platform. Users can modify the platform’s appearance with their brand identity or personal preferences. This offers several advantages, including maintaining brand consistency, enhancing personalization for individual users or teams, improving the overall user experience with a user-friendly interface and positively impacting data comprehension through effective color choices in visualizations.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to customize the platform’s Theme and Chart colors.

Step 1: Navigate to Data Governance Under Data Workbench.

Step 2: Choose Preference within the Data Governance section.

The preference options are exclusively available for the Organization Admin

Step 3: Within preferences, the ConverSight Platform offers a Default Theme.

To personalize the Theme, simply choose the Custom Theme option.

Step 4: In the Custom Theme option, you can personalize your platform by selecting the desired color in the Choose Primary Color section, which will be applied across the entire platform. By default, success messages are displayed in green, while error messages are shown in red. Customizing the theme will not impact these message colors and they will remain unchanged.

Step 5: Within the Custom Theme, users have the flexibility to customize Chart colors. The first color in the Chart series will by default, match the primary color chosen for the entire platform. However, users can easily personalize it with their preferred color. The Chart series colors will align with the sequence of colors in the Charts. For instance, if a Chart uses a single color, the first color from the Chart series will be applied. If a Chart has five colors, the first five colors from the Chart series will be used and so on.

Step 6: After making all the selections, click on Apply to apply the changes to both the platform and Charts.

After applying changes to both the platform and Charts, you will see the updated appearance of the platform below.

NOTE
We do not provide a preview option for Theme and Chart Customization. Any modifications made in these aspects will be immediately reflected across all users in the Organization. However, we plan to introduce a preview option in the future.

Logo Customization#

The Logo change is a feature that enables users to replace the ConverSight Logo with their Organization’s own Logo, providing a White Labelling capability. Users can seamlessly brand the platform with their corporate identity with this option, creating a more personalized and professional experience for their team members and clients. By incorporating their Logo into ConverSight, Organizations can reinforce their brand recognition and maintain a consistent visual identity throughout the platform.

Logo Customization#

Follow these steps to update the platform's Logo to reflect your organization's branding.

Step 1: Navigate to the Company section under the Settings menu, accessible by expanding the Configuration sidebar.

Step 2: In the Organization Preferences page, click on the Upload Logo option.

Step 3: Upload your desired logo image or provide an image link, then click Done to save your changes. Supported image formats include PNG, JPG and SVG.

NOTE
You may upload an image of any size, though it's recommended to use an image with a height of 60 pixels and width of 100 pixels for optimal display.

With the options of Theme customization and Logo customization, ConverSight platform can be transformed to perfectly align with your Organization’s identity and preferences. By selecting the Theme that complements your brand’s colors and modifying the Logo to showcase your Organization’s emblem, you can create a seamless and personalized experience for your team members and stakeholders.
