Organization Preferences#

In ConverSight, the Organization Admin (Org Admin) has specific privileges for managing their organization’s subdomain. (org-name.conversight.ai)

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Accessing the Organization Subdomain

Navigate to your organization’s subdomain (org-name.conversight.ai) to explore the platform’s features and capabilities.

Step 2: Entering Your Email Address

Enter your email address on the login page and click the Next button.

Step 3: Selecting the Organization and Entering Your Password

From the SELECT ORG drop-down menu, choose your organization’s name and enter your password to access the platform.

After a successful login, you will be redirected to the platform’s Insights page.

Organization Configurations#

To access the organization configurations, go to the Company section within the Settings menu. You can find this by expanding the sidebar using the triple bar icon located at the top left corner.

Settings Menu#

Once you click on the Company option you will be directed to the Organization Preferences page. The Organization Preferences has two sections: the organization preferences and the chat preferences.

Organization Preferences#

This section has an overview of the following:

Option

Description

Name

Displays the name of your organization

Select Theme

Allows you to customize the visual appearance of the user interface and data visualization elements within the ConverSight platform.

Upload Logo

Enables you to replace the ConverSight Logo with your Organization’s own Logo, providing a White Labelling capability.

Enable Explorer

Toggling this option will enable/disable the Explorer feature from the top menu bar.

Enable Free Form

Activates the Free Flow, contributing to the insights generated during analysis.

Enable GPT

Enables ConverSight GPT, an advanced conversational AI, to facilitate human-like interactions, making the querying process effortless.

Email Verification

During login, the email will not be verified and will be moved directly to the password screen.

Merge all Insights History

Activating this toggle grants users access to the combined conversation history of all datasets they are authorized to view, conveniently consolidated in a single tab at the organization level. Users can only view the history in this mode.

Organization Preferences#

Chat Preferences#

The Chat Preferences section includes the following:

Option

Description

Chat History

Users can customize their view of the Athena web chat’s conversation exclusively for themselves by utilizing the Chat History dropdown:
Successful: Displays all successfully generated insights.
Failed: Lists all failed insights in the web chat.
All: Presents both successfully generated and failed insights in the conversation.

Help Questions

Help Questions will be displayed in the chat window every time the user logs in:
Disabled: Does not display the Help Questions in the chat window.
Enable with click execution: Displays the Help Questions, and clicking on those questions will execute the query in Athena chat.
Enable without click execution: Will only display the Help Questions.

Explorer Render Preferences

Allows you to set your data display preferences in Explorer to either Pivot or Default, depending on your desired view.

Once all modifications have been completed, click on the ‘Save’ button to apply the changes to all the users in the organization.
